Price includes tourist tax, property is not in VAT system, payments are in cash or over a bank transfer.

Check-in time from 4pm, check out till 10am. From 1.6. to 1.9. minimum stay is 7 days and check in is on Saturday, outside those dates minimum stay is 6 days. Additional cleaning is charged separately, guests staying for 2 weeks have a free cleaning. Pets are not allowed. Security deposit is 1000€ in cash on arrival, it is returned at the end of the lease, reduced by any possible damage of property.
